HOW SHOULD I WASH THE GRAPHIC TEES?
***Please refer to the care instructions on all of our products for details on how to wash and care for your graphic tees and other products.While you can wash warm to help lift stains we suggest using cold water when you can to preserve the graphic and keep it looking vibrant. Machine wash warm, Tumble dry low, use soft powder or liquid laundry detergent.
DO YOU OFFER CLOTHING FOR TEENS OR ADULT?
We are very excited to announce that we are working on a preteen & teen line! Please continue to check the website and our social media for updates. We currently do not offer Adult sizes at this time. Thank you for your interest!
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
If you’re able to add an item to your cart on our website, it should be available to purchase! If an item is unavailable, you will not be able to add it to your cart or to check out.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR AN ITEM TO BE RESTOCKED?
The best way to check to see whether an item is restocked is to regularly check back on our website.
WHAT IF I CAN’T FIND WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR?
Unfortunately, if an item is not showing up on our website, it means that the item has sold out or is discontinued. We’re sorry for the disappointment!
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I PLACE IT?
After an order is placed, we will not be able to change it. Please double-check all sizes, colors, and styles on your order before you hit the “Submit” button.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Your order should ship within 1-3 Days of our receiving the order.
WHY DID I RECEIVE AN EMAIL SAYING THAT AN ITEM I ORDERED WAS CANCELLED?
While we do our best to ensure that our inventory is accurate, sometimes mistakes happen, and we have to cancel items that have sold out. If an item is not available from an order for whatever reason, you will receive an email from us. Please note that we do not charge for any cancelled items, though, as they were not shipped.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept multiple credit cards as payment on a single order.
DOES CLOTH NOIR SAVE MY CREDIT CARD FOR FUTURE USE?
CLOTH NOIR does not store any credit card information in any of our systems. When your order is submitted, your credit card information is tokenized and is not stored anywhere in our systems.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
CLOTH NOIR charges a standard $5.00 flat shipping rate on all US orders. We offer our customers free shipping on all US ordersOver$75.00. Please check our website for changes in shipping rates, CLOTH NOIR regularly offers weekly discounts on shipping.
HOW LONG DOES STANDARD SHIPPING TAKE?
When shipping within the continental United States, our standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days to arrive after your order has been processed. However, we can not guarantee the USPS or other shipping services will not have any delays. If you have any concerns about your package please check your tracking number or contact us and we will be happy to help.
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email.

WHAT IS THE CLOTH NOIR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,unworn or unused, with tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.You can always contact us for any return question firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like;ALL TEETHING ACCESSORIES INCLUDING PACIFIERS AND PACIFIER CLIPS. ALL KITCHENWARE INCLUDING; BIBS, PLATES, BOWLS, EATING UTENSILS and ALL FACE MASKS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items
Exchanges - The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds -We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
